Texas Man Gives Away 8000 Halloween Costumes

Christophe Waggoner, a Texas man, has established a charity called October's Child to provide Halloween costumes for children who cannot afford them. He started this initiative after recalling his own childhood experiences with costumes. Over the years, the charity has grown significantly, distributing nearly 8000 costumes to families in need.

In the upcoming event, he plans to give away over 4000 costumes for various age groups. Waggoner's efforts illustrate the positive impact of community support on childhood celebrations.
