- Account info — if you sign in, your name and email from your chosen provider (Google/Apple).
- Citizen reports — details you submit (title, description, optional location, photo/video) and contact details you enter.
- Location — only with permission, to tag a report or show nearby traffic. No background tracking.
- Usage data — basic, non-identifying analytics to keep the service reliable.
How we use it
To deliver the news feed, publish reports you submit, respond to you, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage & security
Data is stored securely with Google Firebase; uploaded media is access-controlled. We retain data only as long as needed.
Third-party services
We use Google Firebase, YouTube (embeds) and Open-Meteo (weather); their use of data is governed by their own policies.
Your choices
Decline location access, browse as a guest, or request deletion of your account/reports by emailing us.
