UKHarvest Rescues 10m Meals

UKHarvest, a UK charity founded by Yvonne Thomson in 2017, has rescued 10 million meals in nine years. The charity started with one van and has grown to collect about 10 tonnes of excess food weekly.

Its initiatives, including Community Food Hubs and Grub Clubs, provide affordable food and education. UKHarvest is supported by Queen Camilla, which has helped amplify its community impact.
