NCP Defeat Sparks Call for Reforms

The NCP's response to Patel's remarks has sought to underline that the call for introspection should not be interpreted as evidence of a deeper internal crisis.

The party's national spokesperson, Umesh Patil, has maintained that reviewing performance after an electoral defeat is a normal political exercise rather than an indication of an exceptional situation within the organisation.
