Indore Mayor Blasts Civic Officials Over Delays

Indore Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargav has reprimanded civic officials over delays in development projects despite completed tender processes.

During a surprise inspection, the mayor discovered that a work order for a boundary wall project had not been issued. He summoned concerned officials and demanded an explanation for the delay.

The mayor directed officials to prepare a list of cases where files were held up without valid reasons and to take action against officials responsible for delays.

He also expressed concern over administrative delays forcing residents to repeatedly approach authorities over unresolved civic problems.
